Within the first three months of using iKAN, we have scanned an estimated 32,000 documents into the system. The search capabilities have already been proven on several occasions. Locating documents now takes minutes compared to hours digging through file boxes, not to mention, the extra resources required to physically move the boxes until the correct one is located.
